Below is an outline of the club training session schedule
Mondays – Swim – Moorways Sports Village, Pool B, 8:30-9:30pm. Capacity 24, all year. Adults only.
Tuesdays – No regular coached sessions. May – September, Open Water uncoached sessions 6:30-8:00pm, The Lavender Patch, Hilton. Some Summer Series events June to August.
Wednesdays – Run – October to March 7-8pm Moorways Stadium track. Adult & Junior sessions available. Capacity 20 adults, 20 juniors.
Thursdays – Swim – October to April 7-8pm, Etwall Leisure Centre. Adult & Junior sessions available. Capacity 18 adults, 18 juniors.
Thursdays – Triathlon – April to September 6-8pm John Port School Playing fields & Etwall Pool. Juniors only. Capacity 36, split into 2 groups (age 12+ = 12 juniors and age 8-12 = 24). The capacity can be varied depending on the age of participants. The younger group starts at 6:45, both sessions finish at 8pm. All sessions finish in the pool.
Thursdays – Summer Series – May to September, 7-9pm Etwall Pool & Surrounding areas. Meet on the Car Park in front of John Port School (transition area).
Thursdays – Time Trial – May to August, 6:45pm+ Doveridge/Sudbury and TBC DTC Course. Some dates are ran by South Pennine Road Club whilst some remain DTC with a new course (TBC). Please refer to the website Time Trial page for correct dates. Adults only due to on road cycling.
Fridays and weekends – No regular sessions
Please note that this schedule is liable to change due to venue cancellations or other unforeseen events. Please use this data in conjunction with events sign-ups and other communications from DTC. All cancellations will be communicated as soon as possible.
