Starters

• Smooth chicken liver pate with red onion marmalade
• Carrot and corriander soup with a ginger cream.

Mains

• Pork loin steak, with a champ mash, au poivre sauce served with sugar snapped peas and carrots
• Roasted Aubergine stuffed with mushrooms and pine nuts gratinated with goats cheese with a red pepper pesto.(v)

Dessert

• Profiteroles filled with baileys cream and a dark chocolate sauce
